Licensing
Photography is available for licensing on request. All images remain the copyright of their respective copyright holders. Viewing or downloading an image does not grant permission to use it.
Image licensing
A written license is required before any image may be published, reproduced, distributed, or used for personal, editorial, or commercial purposes. Each license specifies the approved images, intended use, media, territory, duration, and any applicable fees.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, licenses are non-exclusive and non-transferable. Copyright is not transferred. Images may not be resold, sublicensed, shared for third-party use, or used to train AI models without separate written permission.
Only the edits permitted by the license may be made. Photography credits must be included where required by the agreement. Use outside the agreed scope requires additional written approval and may incur additional fees.
Model, property, trademark, or other third-party permissions may be required for your intended use. Unless expressly included in the agreement, obtaining these permissions is the licensee’s responsibility.
To request a license, contact the photographer with the image reference, intended use, publication or placement, territory, and duration. Final permissions, fees, and any credit requirements will be confirmed in a written agreement before use.
