Forrest Tindall
Photographer & Designer
I’m Forrest, a Boise-based designer and visual artist capturing street and documentary photography on analog film. I’m drawn to the physical, deliberate nature of film photography and the honesty of candid moments.
About
Designer by trade, film photographer by habit.
Based in Boise, my work sits at the intersection of structured design and candid documentary storytelling. Where digital design is built around precision and order, street photography is about reacting to the raw, unscripted world in real time.
I shoot analog film because the process demands patience and discipline. Every frame is part of a complete physical craft. I handle my work end to end, developing negatives, scanning film, and making traditional darkroom prints.
By paying attention to urban geometry, light, and candid human moments, I build visual stories that capture the quiet texture of daily life in the city.
